CredXpress has created this privacy statement in order to safeguard your information and show our firm commitment to your personal and business privacy. In order to secure your personal information, all communications between you and the CredXpress website are secured. Furthermore, your personal information cannot be accessed by other users. Therefore, other users will never be able to see this private information. Moreover, CredXpress will never share your contact information with another user, unless requested to do so by you. You will be notified if any changes are made to this policy via a posting on this website.
CredXpress collects personal and business information on clients to fulfill products and services. This information could be any of the following data. These items are, but not limited to these items: first name, last name, company name, email address, phone number, business address, personal address, tax returns, company financials, billing information for payments, tax identification number, etc. CredXpress is in no way limited to the collection of only this type of information and may deem it necessary to collect other data.
All sales and fees are final and no refund shall be granted for any reason. Client may cancel at any time by submitting written notice to CredXpress. Cancellations will be considered effective when CredXpress confirms receipt with Client. If Client decides to cancel, Client remains responsible for all fees.
As part of the normal functioning of CredXpress, users may receive transactional confirmations and promotional materials. E-mail messages we send users may contain code that enables our database to track their usage of the e-mails, including whether the e-mail was opened and what links (if any) were clicked. If users would rather not receive promotional e-mails from us, please see the section below labeled “Choice/Opt-Out”. We reserve the right to send users certain communications relating to the CredXpress process. CredXpress will send users system generated emails and promotional materials. These communications may begin during the registration process and continue while the information remains with CredXpress. If you wish to opt out of promotional emails, please contact us and specify your request.
Affiliate and Partner Services
Users and agree that we may disclose information provided if required to do so by law, or to comply with the law and protect or defend CredXpress’s rights and property. Certain profile information, including contact information, may be released to our affiliates and partners for the purpose of marketing and improving our service to you. This information may be shared with third party vendors that provide contracted services to CredXpress. User’s information may also be shared to selected third parties for products you may be interested in. If you do not wish to receive offers from trusted affiliate partners, please follow the Opt-Out instructions outlined.
